User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 If I paste a blob of highlighted table text from a mozilla window into the email composition window, it looks fine and has the red outline to suggest it is still a table. This can be saved sucessfully using Save As... before I send the message. Once the message is sent or saved into the Sent folder, the complete body is lost, and instead contains the text "This is a multi-part message in MIME format.". The recipient email address (mine) is set to accept html messages. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the weather.com url referenced, and highlight the table from "Today" to the end of the 10-day forecast 2. Paste this into the body of an open composition window 3. Send the message and examine the Sent folder copy (if so configured) or look at what the receiver gets for a message Actual Results: The following message is received ... X-Mozilla-Status: 0001 X-Mozilla-Status2: 00800000 Message-ID: <3E49120E.1020300@REMOVED> Date: Tue, 11 Feb 2003 10:09:02 -0500 From: "Michael D. Expected Results: The attached file from "Save As..." before the email is sent shows the correct message body.

I just tried this in Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030211, and it appears to work fine. It behaves a little differently in that the pasted table in the message composer window shows the images, but the email message received (and saved into the Sent folder) contains no such images and loses some of the table formatting. Not sure if I caused the difference by playing with my settings. In any case, this bug appears to be fixed.
