Looks good for win32 and mac, but don;t we need a patch for linux file
ns/build/unix/verification/seamonkey-build 
also?

nothing needs to change for seamonkey-build, because deliver.pl is set to 1.3.0
for  alpha, beta and final.  deliver.pl doesn't take milestone letter in there.
 Therefore I didn't submit the patch for it.

Are we building xpinstall on mach-o? just curious, since the change to
MacInstallerVersion.r is harmless.

Checked them in.

Leaf, I follow the current checklist.  JJ is working on 
version_string_checklist.html for Mach-o and it isn't ready yet.  In the
meantime, I check all them in.

JJ, let me know if there are any extra files and they need to update for mach-o???
