193246 - /list doesn't work on RFC2812 compliant IRC servers

RFC 2812 has obsoleted RPL_LISTBEGIN, while chatzilla expects to indicate the
begin of a list.
Some IRC servers (irc2.10.3p3 for example) don't send the obsoleted
RPL_LISTBEGIN, so ChatZilla shows no list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. join a server running irc2.10.3p3
2. be sure that atleast 1 public channel exist
3. type /list

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Display the list of channels

I don't know which server does this, so I can't test that.  But it still works
for the usual case.

The server I tried wouldn't let me do a list, it booted me off every time.
