This is an extension to bug 143565. Bug 143565 allows to open attached mail
messages in separate mail windows.
When an attached message is shown, we should also show the crypto status of the
attached message, i.e. toolbar and header icons, and "view message security
info" should show the correct information, plus the correct signature
certificate of the nested attached message.
