These are pre-requisites of localizable chrome. Marking them [BETA]. Please fix them by M14 so that we can be ready for localization. To make the chrome localizable, the font name, font size, and UI geometry setting needs to be externalized and move to chrome/[package]/locale/*.css. Adding lyecies, amasri, and tao into CC list. my sweep of the pref package shows that prefwindow is localisable. If there are exceptions to this, please open up NEW bugs relating to these exceptions, and I will fix them promptly. (note: themes panel is not localisable, but themes panel is removed from the list of prefs panels for beta1 as the back end functionality required to make it more than eyecandy is not available - I do not see a point in localising it now when I will most likely have to do a lot of JS hookup on it later anyway.) Reverting this bug back to a skinnability bug, also an important issue which should not be forgotten.
