The table layout renders correctly in commercial trunk build 2002-12-18-08trunk.
But the table looks distorted in recent commercial trunk builds :
2003-03-07-04trunk 

happening on all platforms

This change was intentional.  See bug 186593 for why.

Madhur, I would hesitate to say that we are rendering this incorrectly.

The test case specifies widths on the table elements, and then specifies widths
on each of their table cells, who's sums violate their parent's width
constraints, and then expects 2 images to be on the same line when the sum of
the widths the images is almost twice the width constraint on the table cell
they are in.

If the author made sure the constraints were properly specified there would be
no problem.

OK, so since this isn't a regression, but rather something caused by the changes
to the relevant bug 186593, let's remove regression kw. and reassign to
evangelism (me).
