menues on the left should be smaller, like in mozilla 1.3, not the big squares

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the page
2. Check the menu on the left

Actual Results:  
You will notice that it is shown as big squares

Expected Results:  
Show it the way it is done in 1.3 - normal rectangles

I am not sure if this bug was reported before, if it was, I can't find anywhere
to put it.
