Daniel, can we get QA? I don't remember this ever getting checked in. Maybe it
was just a long time ago. It's strange how this never got review.

nope. this was never fixed. The problem is w/
/extensions/help/resources/locale/en-US/glossary.html , which has the following
lines:
  <a NAME="Location_Bar"></a>
and
  <p><a name=" Internet_protocol_address_(IP address)"></a>

that's what I thought.
Daniel: The glossary rewrite has been checked in. Is this still present in the new 
glossary?
