It kind of confused me when I went to Composer>toolbars and it didn't say
browse. Then I realized that Browse and Preview are the same thing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences>Composer>Toolbars
2. Look for Browse(to remove)
3.

Actual Results:  
Can't find Browse, but Preview is the same thing.

Expected Results:  
Renamed Browse on Composer toolbar to Preview

Browse and Preview are NOT the same thing.
The Browse button on Composer's toolbar opens a browser window and permits users
to test their links.  The Preview tab (View | Preview) provides an editable area
but without the stylesheet for showing borders for borderless tables, etc (or
activating link clicking).

Don't think you understand. 
Try this
1. Go to Composer
2. Go to prefs>Composer>Toolbars
3. Uncheck Preview

The result is that Browse is removed after I uncheck it.

So Prefs>composer>toolbars should say Browse or Preview.
