Ctrl+Shift+Tab doesn't work if the first tab is current.
It should move the current tab to the last tab.
You can confirm this bug if bug 199068 is fixed.

Wow, I didn't even know about that key combo. Confirmed that it only doesn't
work on the first tab.

WFM under Windows. (2003032504 / XP.) Could be OS specific.

Confirmed on Linux, OS/2, Win98, and Win2k.
OS: Linux → All
Hardware: PC → All
