Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312

When I load a large image into Mozilla with automatic image resizing already on,
the scrollbar does not appear. If I click the image to full size and click it
back small, the vertical scrollbar does not go away.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load image with automatic image resizing already on
2. Notice no scrollbars
3. Click
4. Click

Actual Results:
Vertical scrollbar stayed

Expected Results:
Vertical scrollbar should have vanished
This is a screenshot of first loading the image.
Note that it is also a good test case for this bug.
Attached image Screenshot of after
This is the screenshot of with the vertical scrollbar after resizing the image
to full size and back again.
Note that this image can also be used to test the bug.
I see this also on LInux 2003032608
Confirmed on Linux and Win32 for images naturally wider than the window.

Isn't this dupe for 206589 (better testcase there, though later submitted)
