CSS styles are not displayed at all on items such as input buttons or text fields. I suppose this has not been implemented yet.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply styles to any form input button or text field
2. Load the page in Camino
3.
Actual Results:  
The items appear in the default aquafied interface and not in the styles applied by the user.
