Similar to bug 198538.

To reproduce:
1. Set up mixed nickname, say, CooLNiCk
2. Create some channel
3. Change topic with ``/topic New topic'' command
4. Observe a message ``coolnick has changed the topic to...''

Expected result: nickname should be always displayed as is, i.e.
``CooLNiCk has changed the topic to...''
