Chatzilla 0.8.25 [Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030331]
Similar to bug 198538.
To reproduce:
1. Set up mixed nickname, say, CooLNiCk
2. Create some channel
3. Change topic with ``/topic New topic'' command
4. Observe a message ``coolnick has changed the topic to...''
Expected result: nickname should be always displayed as is, i.e.
``CooLNiCk has changed the topic to...''
