Mozilla Personal toolbar UI prb: 
empty personal toolbar in the "invisible items" menu

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resize Mozilla's window to hide the part of the persobal toolbar.
2. Click on the personal toolbar "black corner"


Actual Results:  
empty menu

Expected Results:  
pop-up menu with the rest of the personal toolbar items
