Bookmarks that are saved during a session are completely gone after closing and
firing Phoenix up again. Hence, in short, Bookmarks are not saved!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ctrl-d
2.close Phoenix
3. start Phoenix up again

Actual Results:  
My saved bookmarks are gone

Expected Results:  
Keep the bookmarks in 'Bookmarks'
