Footprint/perf win for minotaur (will benefit mozilla mail too). Talking to Alec today about static atoms (See Bug #199170). He's converting gecko to use them. I want to convert mail to use static items for minotaur. This bug will track that effort.
I found a case that it happens on: "Dog Theme - Made in TBird" June 14th by Inrngrj in the same newsgroup.
