Also Edit -> Preferences ->Appearance->Language/Context show russian installed,
But it is not working

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla 1.3 to new directory (exe installer)
2. Go to Mozilla localization page and click on Russan Pack 1.3 (unix link)
3. Rezult in message
Russian Language Pack   Chrome registarion failed!
Russian Federation Context Pack   Success
Edit -> Preferences ->Appearance->Language/Context have both
English/Russian(Russky - in russian text)
 and Russian (Russky - in russian text) /US region
Russian is selected, but all menus etc. exept that word Russky are in English




I can't find component Russian, so I select Bulgarian

This is a problem with the XPI.

In particular, they register chrome for forms.jar (which is a nonexistent file)

Please contact the people that created the translation. It should be an easy
change for them.

This is a problem on all platforms.
