In the prefs, under themes and extensions, there are links to "Get New Themes"
and "Get New Extensions." They point to the old Phoenix help site whose URI has
changed due to the nae update.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Tools -> Options -> Themes
2.Click Get New Themes
3.

Actual Results:  
Went to http://texturizer.net/phoenix/themes.html

Expected Results:  
Gone to http://texturizer.net/firebird/themes.html

It also needs to update in default bookmarks.

Actually, every string in the code containing 'Phoenix' should be changed to
Firebird. Is there a reason to limit this bug to only two strings?

Why are these URL string hardcoded?
It should be variable like browser.throbber.url to solve localization issues.
