Splitting bug 19981 I am adding a JS interface to PresShell that will allow it to scroll the page, move cursor around ect. This interface needs the correct View that has focus in order to work properly. This view is usually passed in from some event. Sari has a way to allow the eventstatemanager to give us the view that had the most recent focus.(blocking my bug 18046)
