Details

There is a horizontal line running across the middle of the image in the above
URL that shouldn't be there. (The incorrect positioning of the image is
related to bug 1808.)

I've fixed the placement issues of the floaters in the test; the rendering issue
is a table rendering bug...The horizontal line appears somewhere near the middle
of the tables that are used to represent the placement of the
floaters...Probably a bug not-worth-fixing

Summary: horizontal line across image → horizontal line across table
Retitling bug... why did I think that was an image?
Summary: horizontal line across table → horizontal line across table from missing image
Actually, the line is the result of the image "blank.gif", which doesn't exist,
but is sized to the width of the cell and a height of 1.

4.x does the same thing, although IE manages to hide the image. I don't really
know what should be done, but probably this bug is just invalid.
Moving to M8
