202763 - Need strings for warning user browser has to shutdown before installation can continue

Robin, here are the strings that I have as place holders that's not yet checked
in, but will be as part of the fix for bug 190816.

There are several strings.  These strings are shown to the user in the order
listed below:

* 1) Download of Mozilla was successful. Mozilla must be closed to proceed with
installation. Click OK to exit Mozilla automatically and to begin installation.

  2) Mozilla (mozilla.exe) has been detected to still be running.  Click OK to
have Setup attempt to end the process automatically, or you may attempt to end
the process manually via the Task Manager and then click OK to continue with Setup.

  3) Setup is having diffuculties quitting Mozilla (mozilla.exe).  Setup cannot
continue unless this process has ended.  Please try manually quitting the
process, then run Setup again.  Setup will now exit.

String 1) does not need to be changed because it's already part of the shipping
products, unless you think they need to be changed.  I've included it in the
list just to show you the sequence in which the warning strings will be shown
and the idea of what needs to be shown.

2) and 3) are place holders that need your expertise.

I´ve run the installation tests from bug 190816 some times, and I can tell about
my impression of the wording, when read while installing. I´m not a native
speaker, but fairly aquainted to english, and a fast reader. When writing the
bug reports, I couldn´t remember the wording of string 3, so I would suggest
putting the last sentence in front of it:

Setup will now exit.
Setup is having difficulties quitting Mozilla (mozilla.exe).  Setup cannot
continue unless this process has ended.  Please try manually quitting the
process, then run Setup again.

The action is mentioned first, and then an explanation for whoever is interested
in it. This way, the action taken is clear, even when you are thinking about the
rest of the text, what action would be necessary.


BTW, proof-reading was showing a typo in string 3: 
diffIculties, not diffUculties

For #2:
Setup has detected that Mozilla (mozilla.exe) is still running. 
Click OK to quit Mozilla and proceed with installation. Alternatively, use the
Windows Task Manager to quit Mozilla, and then click OK to continue with
installation.

For #3:
Setup will now exit. 
Setup could not continue because Mozilla (mozilla.exe) is still running. Try
manually quitting Mozilla using Windows Task Manager, and then run Setup again.
