When the Junk filtering is turned on, but get messages is stopped there is no
filtering done, and when run Junk mail controls on folder is clicked, it will
only mark junk as junk, but will not move the junk to the junk folder.  This has
been so on all version of Mozilla mail that has Junk mail options.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click get msgs.
2. Click stop button
3. Click Tools, then Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder

Actual Results:  
Only marked the Junk mail as Junk mail, and did not move the Junk mail to the
Junk mail folder.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have finished the process and moved the mail marked as Junk to
the Junk Mail folder.

I have only two themes and they are Classic and Modern, the two that came with
Mozilla.  I have tried this in both with the same results.

Richard Quick, is this bug still an issue for you?  Have you upgraded to a more 
current (1.4 Final, 1.4.1, or 1.5) release of Mozilla?

I am now running Mozilla 1.6A, and the problem is now resolved.  At this time I
have no problems with the mail client.  Well done, to the folks at Mozilla.

Reopening to fix resolution; Richard Quick, in the future, please use 
"WorksForMe" rather than "Fixed" unless you can point to a specific patch that's 
been checked in to address the problem.
