Details
Chatzilla treats channel name as case sensitive. This causes duplication of tabs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Chatzilla
2. Type "/join #aaa" and "/join #Aaa"
Actual Results:
Tab aaa and tab Aaa are opened.
Expected Results:
Only one "aaa" tab should open.

- Doesn't Occur On
cz0.8.26
