Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a bookmark folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar
2. Create a shortcut in the new folder
3. Right-click the shortcut and select Open
4. Try using the keyboard (press "a", "s", "d" for example), which would
normally initiate Find As You Type.

Actual Results:
Erroneous behavior. Sometimes nothing happens, sometimes another url is opened.

This has been confirmed on Windows XP and 2000. I don't think it's related to
bug 186075 which is about shortcuts that stops working.
I'm pretty sure I've seen it already.
