204515 - [junk] analyzed IMAP Junk mail moved to Local Junk folder loses Junk Icon

Using trunk build 20030502 on winxp macosx and linux if I have my IMAP mail
accounts set up to have Junk automatically moved to a Junk folder I created in
my Local Folders, the messages that are automatically moved and/or manually
moved to that folder lose the Junk icon. 

Note: this is specifically for IMAP Junk mail move to a Local Junk Folder. 
There was a separate bug for moving IMAP Junk mail from one IMAP folder to
another IMAP folder in the same account 191750, that is different from this one
and needs to be tested again. 

There is a separate bug for manually marking as junk then moving News messages
to a Local junk folder losing the Junk Icon, that is bug 191792 and I want to
leave that as a separate bug for now.

This is a basic feature for Junk mail and should work for Mail accounts.  

1. Launch app, add 2 mail accounts 1 imap and 1 pop, create a Junk folder under
Local Folders.
2. Set up Junk Mail control to automatically move junk the the Local Junk folder
3. Send Junk to those 2 accounts.

Result: incoming junk to those 2 accounts correctly analayze junk mail and move
them to the Local Junk Folder, but the mail moved from the IMAP account arrives
in the Local Folder without the Junk icon.  Mail moved from the POP account to
the Local Junk Folder still has the Junk icon.

Expected:  All mail moved to the Local Junk folder to retain the Junk status,
this will be necessary if the Purge action on the Local folder is to work
correctly.

without extra work.

fixed. Verified
