This is a really bad bug that I only got recently

Critical because I just couldn't type anywhere and got mad



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go To Bookmarks Toolbar Folder
2. Go to containing folder
3. Go to single bookmark
4. Right-Click it
5. Click somewhere else
Actual Results:  
The drop down goes away but the icon stays expanded and then I can't type
anything on the page, search bar, location bar and it really frustrated me until
I figured out how to reproduce this

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks Toolbar Folder>Folder>Bookmark>Context Menu>Click somewhere else
should collapse the folder so that I can type on a page
