While translating the help system for the Dutch translation i noticed that
profiles_help.html has not been updated now profiles can be
created/removed/switched at run time ...

Takes out the #1 of "Creating a New Profile" and "Deleting or Renaming a
Profile" since that seems to be the problem.

Patch
If you're going to fix this then you need new help for opening the profile
manager when the browser is already open.
