Open ChatZilla. 2. Join a channel on some network. 3. Right-click on a line of text someone's said. Actual Results: Menu has items like: Private Chat ``Jingles'' Who Is ``Jingles'' etc. Expected Results: Either use the nice Unicode double quotes, like the munger does for the actual text in IRC itself, or use the same (either single or double) quote character at each end.
See also bug 191910 : Robert fixed the quotes in the view-port, but we still have them in the title-bar and the contextmenu.
