As bug 154927 is still unfixed, we need another manual update for the
localeVersion in 1.5 alpha.
...And here's the patch :)

argh, like with bug 207641, I missed contents-platform.rdf and
contents-region.rdf files.

correct command to find all possibly affected files for a localeVersion change is
find -name "contents*.rdf" -o -name "brand.dtd" -o -name "region.dtd"
(mozilla/toolkit/, mozilla/browser/ don't need to get patched, as they have
different rules and checkin rights)

nevermind, I see that the ns tree is fixed.

the last checkin was just for missing files on the moz side.
Verified fixed in 06-12 trunk build.
