as the CSS3 color module is now is CR state, this property can be renamed, as
the implementation works [at least there's no known bug].

this bug is NOT about renaming hsla() and rgba(), as they are broken.
Care to post a patch?  Just doing a search on "\-moz-hsl" in lxr should show you
all the places that need changing...
