It would be a significant time-savings if Bugzilla supported the ability to 
copy/duplicate one or more products in a single action.  It should allow the 
administrator to specify a new name for the copy, as well as whether or not to 
create duplicate sets of components, versions, milestones, and group access 
controls.  Any of these that they choose not to duplicate should be 
left "null".

Agreed.  This is actually on the PRD for the version we're doing for Zippy, so
setting dependency appropriately.

It would be very important to also be able to copy the components from other projects too.
