Wen i midle-click a link so that it opens in a new tab it opens two tabs that
open the same link (this bug is realy getting on my nerves gone from 20030619 to
20030607 and the bug still there so i guess i'll have to regress even further :'( )

Note: i tested with no extencions or themes

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just midle-click a link

Actual Results:  
On some links it will open two tabs with the same link

Expected Results:  
It should jsu open one tab, always

This build: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a)
Gecko/20030720 Mozilla Firebird/0.6" doesn't seem to have the bug anymore.
