"Cancel" and "Remove from List" have the hotkeys "c" and "r" respectively--but
since they're lower-case, the underlined letter on each is "Can_c_el" and
"Remove f_r_om List".

(I don't know if "Trivial" or "Enhancement" is the appropriate priority for
this, as I didn't see "You sure are picky" on the list.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open download manager.
2. Observe download manager toolbar.

Actual Results:  
"Propert_i_es | Can_c_el  Remove f_r_om List | _L_aunch File  Show _F_ile Location"

Expected Results:  
"Propert_i_es | _C_ancel  _R_emove from List | _L_aunch File  Show _F_ile Location"

Patch pending.
