User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Using windows 98 on a athlon 256 meg IBM Aptiva. Every time I try to start 1.4 or 1.5a I get a page fault XPCOM.DLL 017f:610f0769 1.3 works fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Double click the icon 2. 3. Actual Results: Page fault Expected Results: Started Did an install over 1.3, then uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing. Did not choose the quick start when installing.
Can you delete the Mozilla application folder after you uninstalled Mozilla and reinstall Mozilla after that.
Yep, that seemed to have fixed it. Thanks. Any idea which file was causing the problem?
