User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 After downloading and installing Moz 1.4, I noticed that the Print, Home and Bookmarks buttons won't disappear from the UI. I trashed my preferences, reconfigured every damned thing and they're STILL there. *sigh* I haven't got a clue what's causing this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Become me. 2. Get my iMac. 3. Upgrade from Moz 1.3.whatever to 1.4. Actual Results: Well, gee, I got this tic in my eye and every damned thing was exactly as I said-the **** buttons won't go away. Expected Results: IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE **** BUTTONS OFF THE UI! I'm sorry about my language, but this is so incredibly irritating.
Under Edit>Preferences> "Navigator" "Select the buttons you want to see in the toolbars" Uncheck Print, Home, and Bookmarks.
Got it fixed. It wasn't working until I checked ALL the boxes for ALL the interface items, then clicked ok, open the prefs again and uncheck the ones I wanted to remove. Fuxx0r3d, d00d.
