Downloading a big file results in mozilla freezing for a noticeable time when it
is done and moving the file from /tmp to the final location of the file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download big file (latest kernel or whatever)
2. Wait long enough and keep browsing
3.

Actual Results:
At some point, the browser (and composer, etc) freeze for a second or more,
while the file is being moved.

Expected Results:
Move the file with no noticeable freezing in any component.

I have not read all the comments in bug 55690 (they go on for ever, not in a
very conclusive way, for 3 years!) but: I don't think this one is a dup of
55690. I don't mind (for the purposes of this report) that mozilla wants to
download files in /tmp or wherever (I do, actually, but that's a different bug:
55690) nor predownloading (which I like) and such niceties.

What I do mind is that everything freezes while mozilla is moving what it
downloaded somewhere to its final location.

I won't reopen this, though. Feel free to do so...
