When i try to drag and drop a URL to my bookmarks, it doesnt work !
Problem started with Mozilla 1.3
I managed my bookmarks and deleted all out of my bookmark list.
Then I restarted Mozilla, and i cant create a new bookmark.

Adding URLs to the Bookmarks folder works, but not at the empty space above the
tabs bar anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete all Bookmarks and the Bookmarks folder
2. Go to any page (i.e. www.mozilla.org)
3. Try to drag and drop the small website logo to the bookmark bar

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens with new bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Add the page to the bookmark bar above the tab-bar
Look at the .avi file !!!

When searching "drag drop" in query page for bookmarks, there is 13 bugs listed.
Manage Bookmarks again, create a folder, and set it as Personal Toolbar Folder.
in Manage Bookmarks Menue: View->Set as Personal Toolbar Folder.
You can set any folder to be Personal Toolbar Folder, it doesn´t have to bear
this name. Other way round, if you already have a folder named Personal Toolbar
Folder,
that´s not necessarily your Personal Toolbar Folder, but it can be.
Properties of this folder tell you if it is.
Problem was fixed in 1.4 and 1.5 however is now broken latest 1.6 on AIX.

This bug seems to be fixed for later releases.  Are you still having the problem?
