Cannot open the context menu in Mozilla using the keyboard on OS/2. Type
Shift+F10 and notice nothing happens. The context menu should pop up when
Shift+F10 is pressed.

I'm not familar with OS/2, but is the context menu supposed to pop up when
Shift+F10 is pressed? I know it's a standard Windows shortcut, but I'm not sure
how its implemented on other platforms.

Yeah, this should work on OS/2.
This patch sends the message to the proper menu.
