At 800x600, http://www.zeal.com/guidelines/style/site_titledesc/parts.jhtml
requires a horizontal scrollbar but does not have one. This might be a dup of
bug 197311, even though the testcases look different.

Resolving fixed
This has been fixed with Bug 173277 (tested with recent nightly vs. self cvs
compiled build).
