In ChatZilla 0.9.7, when preferences are opened (by using Edit\Preferences), it
opens them with "Navigator" menu expanded, instead of ChatZilla.

I have looked at http://www.hacksrus.com/~ginda/chatzilla/chatzilla-0.9.15.xpi
and there is problem in the menus.xul file.
Compare with
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/extensions/irc/xul/content/menus.xul#207
wich is working good.
