It is no longer possible to stop image animation after a web page has been loaded.
With Netscpae 4 it was possible to load a page and stop selected image
animations by hovering the cursor of the image whose animation was to be stopped
and then hitting the Escape key. The image would then be static.
With Mozilla the preference to loop images as often as specified by the image
has to be set just to be able to decide whether the image should keep looping.
A single loop is not enough to make that decision and setting the preference to
not loop at all can result in the user not being aware that the image really is
animated and may contain additional useful or essential information.
The ability to stop selected image animations should be restored and work in
conjunction with the existing preferences.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load web page with one or more animated images.
2. Hover cursor over one image whose animation is to be stopped.
3. Hit the escape key or right click to locate a menu option to stop image
animation.

Actual Results:
Hitting the escape key does not stop the animation for the selected image and an
option to stop the animated image is not present on the pop-up menu.

Expected Results:
The escape key should stop the animation for the selected image or an option to
stop the animated image should be present on the pop-up menu.
