When you display the right-click menu in a Composer window, sometimes options
(like Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, and others) are not disabled when they are disabled
in the edit menu. Clicking on them does nothing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Composer.
2. Right-click in a window to display it's menu.
3. Note the options (Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy) that do nothing that should be disabled.

Actual Results:  
The options in the right-click menu that should have been disabled did nothing
when being clicked.

Expected Results:  
The items in the right-click menu should be disabled, since they don't work.

They are disabled in the Edit menu. There should be consistency between items
enabled in the Edit menu and those enabled in the right-click menu.

This bug has apparently always been a problem (small one, though).

I've been able to reproduce this bug in the following builds:
Mandrake Linux 9.0 w/ Mozilla 1.0.2
Mandrake Linux 9.0 w/ Mozilla 1.5b Nightly
Windows XP Home w/ Mozilla 1.5b Nightly

originally the idea was to be more efficient but if it also fixes this then...
