See recent comments in bug 208030; chances are, you're seeing that crash.
Depends on: 208030

I couldn´t install this build on (full installer) on Win98, was crashing at
startup after showing splash screen. Talkback didn´t come up, but DocWatson is
telling a lot about msvcrt.dll, kernel32.dll, 28 calls of JS3250.dll, JSDOM.DLL,
3 times GKLAYOUT.dll, and also three times Necko.dll.
Can somebody tell me how to copy&paste lines from DocWatson logfiles, *.wlg, ?

This seems fixed since the jsscript.c checkin earlier today (11:30am PDT).
There is still a problem that manifests as a reproducible bug, though: see bug
214210.
