alan - what is the bug number for not stealing associations? I'll make a winhooks review bug and make it block the 1.0 bug.

OK, I've reassigned the first bug to myself, hope to get it fixed sometime in 0.9. This bug is now FIXED... there are still some installer problems but those can be tracked separately, the Windows Installer feature is complete.
