Installing and first execution from Administrator account, default and only profile.

Immediately upon installation, Mozilla starts and, instead of either my normal
home page or the "Getting Involved" mozilla.org page, displays a bunch of xml
source.   I'm swagging this is XUL because the elements are things like <menu ...>.

Reproducible: Always

Do you installed in a clean and empty directory ?

had the same experience, but after download of an updated file installation was
working. The original file had about the same time stamp as the folder.

I saw this bug as described with the original files in the directories.
The not working files were updated about 4 hours later, and installation then
was working.
So I´ll confirm this bug and resolve as fixed.
