There are two places in the help text where the word "a" needs to be removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter "/help join".

Actual Results:
[HELP]	Joins a the global (name starts with #), local (name starts with &), or
modeless (name starts with a +) channel named <channel-name>.

Expected Results:
"Joins a the global" should be "Joins the global" (no "a").

The same typo appears if you type "/help join-charset".
