Almost all of the Help files with copyrights are messed up.

Most of them say:
1994 - 2002 The Mozilla Organization

They should say:
1998 - 2003 The Mozilla Organization

Mail/News help says:
1994 - 2002 Mozilla Communications Corporation
Never heard of this company! :)

VERY minor problem, but should be fixed.


I'm fixing this bug since I have lots of extra time :)

Patch - New copyright

The patch didn't apply cleanly because some existing files were erroneously in
DOS format so I had to fix that too.
