Attached patch partial work (obsolete) — Splinter Review
This doesn't completely work yet. Send Message, Send Link, and Read Mail/News work only if the string in the registry is formatted properly. I'm experimenting with various combinations of string parsing and ::ShellExecute/::CreateProcess to get the desired result.
Attached patch doneSplinter Review

This is Windows-only, I suppose? :(
Yes, Windows-only AFAIK. =( Maybe we need to "help" Firefox discover where TB is.
Shouldn't we use a different icon for the toolbar? The history icon may be confusing to some people. Thunderbird has a very nice icon for "get mail" in the qute theme. I think we should use that one, or else simply the Thunderbird program icon. As long as it's allowed of course.
If this is Windows only, can someone change the OS?

Why wasn't the button implemented as a stack like Back and Forward?
