Mail fails to be downloaded. More often in morning, but also in the evening.
When I connect with MS Office, there is no problem. Using newsgroups is not a
problem either. Browser operates flawlessly - although at times slowed more than
before, but I felt this may have been traffic. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start mozilla mail
2.Hangs downloading first message
3.Trying later may resolve it.

Actual Results:  
Hangs mail, but news and browser operate normally


Connecting with MS OFfice immediately - mail arrives as expected. This is not a
problem with net congestion or settings.
