User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 I have configured the address book correctly, according to the documentation on your site and according to the documentation of the ldap server of my company. It work fine just once. Then crashed mozilla and stopped working. I don't think you can reproduce the problem beacuse the LDAP is only accesible through our intranet or a gateway. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open mozilla 2. Open address book 3. select my ldap server 4. enter a name to look up in the directory Actual Results: it won't generate any output Expected Results: generate the corresponding output. I'd like to stop using the address book from MS.

It would be helpful to have more information: - Do LDAP queries start working again after you exit and restart Mozilla (I think you are saying they do not)? - Do LDAP queries start working again if you delete and re-create the LDAP Directory inside Mozilla? - Do you know if anything is reaching your LDAP server?

I think this fixed the LDAP query: - Do LDAP queries start working again if you delete and re-create the LDAP Directory inside Mozilla? I did it and the application started working normally even after various re-starts of the program. I'll keep testing the application. Thank you!
